Kambo

We offer Kambo sessions primarily in Utah but also travel by request. These sessions reconnect you to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies and bring what is needed to the surface to be released and processed. The Kambo secretion contains powerful bio-active peptides. Clients have reported a relief in anxiousness, a stronger immune system, more energy, and the ability to go deeper within.

Primal Health Coaching

Primal Health Coaching is offered via Zoom and is available all over the US. This type of coaching is designed to create a lifestyle inspired by our ancestors. This means eating real, whole foods, and moving as humans were designed to move. We’ll also focus on sleeping and living according to our natural rhythms, all of which foster maximal health. And I’ll be coaching you through the process of connecting to your inner wisdom.
