Primal Coaching Packages
I prefer to work with a client for the full three months in order to have adequate time to really get to know you so I can customize you health coaching to your unique needs. But I have provided an option for those you can only commit to 1 month at a time.
3 Month Primal Package
3 MONTHS OF PERSONALIZED COACHING
$250.00 PER MONTH
Description: The coaching/education would be Primal-based, but would be personalized to your needs. This may include data collecting in the form of journaling what you are consuming (body, mind, and spirit), education on Primal nutrition, creating healthy habits, detoxing practices, cooking tips, emotional support, and so on. This will also include a weekly 30 minute check in call. After 3 months, you will learn how to cook nutritious food, where to buy clean food, which chemicals in our environment you should be avoiding and the easiest way to do so, ways to pinpoint when you are emotionally eating and other ways to manage stress, and so on. You are paying for access to all the knowledge I have picked up from living a Primal lifestyle for the last 7 years, and I am determined to help you learn everything you need to know by the time our three months is up.
Month-to-Month Coaching
1 MONTH OF COACHING, AS NEEDED
$300.00
Description: You will receive the same type of coaching as the 3 month package, but just on a month by month basis.
